*An airport transfer will be arranged for guests who opt for the recommended flights.

We can offer you a baby cot upon request (at no additional cost).

• The number of places is limited, and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis By submitting this application form, you acknowledge that it expresses your interest in the retreat and does not guarantee a spot.

•  Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are charged 50% of the total price.

Cancellation:

In the event that you need to cancel your participation, please take into account the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

A 30% cancellation fee applies up to 120 days before departure.
A 50% cancellation fee applies from 100 days up to 60 days before departure.
A 100% cancellation fee applies from 60 days before departure. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. In the absence of a written cancellation, the full amount of the registration will be charged.
Replacement Policy:

Replacements are possible up to 4 weeks before departure and are subject to organization approval.
